Service Description

During a session you will lay on the couch with a warm blanket over you as I guide you through meditation and take you on a healing journey , this will help you to address deep seated blocks and help to release them , it can also be used just to have some you time and to totally switch off and relax, healing energy is also put into the energy body while you are in a relaxed state
