Chakra dance is an hour of absolute freedom , moving your body to music designed to open and activate the 7 main chakras. This is an hour of being in tune with your own body and allowing your own energy system and chakra system to flow and release. Its a great way of shifting trauma stress and anxiety and just having a real sense of freedom. After the chakra dance which lasts roughly 30 mins we sit quite and go within in order to honour the work we have done .
