Service Description

Embodied movement (dance) is the ability to feel, sense and experience our emotions and feelings with real awareness through music and movement . My sessions are blindfolded allowing us to go even deeper within. This session will allow you to step outside of your comfort zone and let go , release, remove blocks and express yourself. Its so liberating and uplifting one of my favourites. I start each session with some tapping to release anything that may be blocking you from fully embracing the experience and then we share the beautiful medicine of mumma cacao to open the heart chakra and to aid relaxation. When the dance is complete its time to lay under a warm soft blanket and allow the heart rate to slow down and fully process the journey that you have expereinced .
