Service Description

Welcoming you to a group session of healing through the vibration of sound. Using light movement and voice activation to release blockages and assist the flow of vibration as we open up and activate our energy centres. Followed by a journey of relaxation through guided meditation , allowing for deep relaxation and peace. closing with deep healing sound therapy through the use of crystal singing bowls , the amazing vibration of the gong and many other wonderful instruments that vibrate on a different frequency to assist healing on many levels. Leaving you feeling refreshed calm and rejuvanated.
